Our couriers collect all orders daily between 10:00 - 11:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) from our headquarters on the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria. Orders received after 9:00am will not be packed & fulfilled until the following day.

If you put the wrong shipping address you need to email us immediately after your purchase so our warehouse can amend the shipping details before fulfilling the order. Subject to the timeframe contact is made, we cannot 100% guarantee the changes to go through.
Our delivery drivers & couriers will try to deliver your item up to 2 separate times, if nobody is home the packages are generally left in your mail box, at your front door or for large packaged orders; left at your local postal office for a period between 14 and 21 days in storage. If the package remains unclaimed after this time it will be returned to our warehouse.Should I provide my phone number when filling out my order details?
We highly advise you do. This provides our couriers & or postal services the opportunity to make contact & notify you personally should your package be left un-delivered after initial drop-off attempts.When can I get a refund?
To be eligible for a refund, your MUMA Health products must be un-opened, un-damaged & returned to us via the address we provide you. Should you receive a product damaged or broken, please contact us via email where our customer service team can work quickly to resolve the problem with your order.
We are unable to provide refunds on orders where the incorrect addresses have been provided & the order fulfilledWhat happens if I want to cancel my order for a refund?
If you request a cancellation of your order, we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be cancelled. Our processing platform does not enable us to cancel orders soon after it has been placed. Please ensure you review your order before confirming your purchase.How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
Once approved, our accounts department will have this processed & finalised within 7 business days.
